Since 1994 and Yellow Strawberry’s Sarasota debut, we have prided ourselves in setting the standard for great customer service, one that has enabled us to earn many “Best Hair Salon” honors. Fueled by our passion in bringing the latest in hair styles, designs and care to our clients, Yellow Strawberry has continued to prosper over the years, including the 2005 opening of our second location in Lakewood Ranch.

We pride ourselves in remaining actively involved and participating in many of the world’s leading styling conferences, including the prestigious Intercoiffure in New York City, with only the top 200 salons in the country being invited. We are joined by many of our other leading Yellow Strawberry stylists, all of whom match our passion and professional integrity for advancing our knowledge and experience to the benefit of our clients.

Community outreach

From our affiliation with Sarasota’s Fashion Academy to fundraising events for hurricane and natural disaster relief, and the Community Foundation of Sarasota’s Lisa Kreider Memorial Fund that provides scholarships to aspiring stylists, we stand committed to giving back to the local community as well as ensuring our clients get the best in service, care and styling techniques that they can apply and use for that salon-style look everyday. > more

New Makeup division

Following suit in helping our clients achieve their “best look,” we recently launched a new makeup consultation and product division featuring all natural makeup and industry expert Rifka Jerebker at our Sarasota location. Its immediate popularity with clients has us already planning to expand and announce the Makeup addition to our Lakewood Ranch Salon in the near future. > more on makeup
