No Shows Policy

 

At Yellow Strawberry Salon, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments significantly impact our team.

To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the reserved services.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.

We appreciate your understanding and support in valuing our team’s time and dedication. Thank you for helping us provide the best possible service to all our guests.

Late Arrivals
 

At Yellow Strawberry Salon, we strive to provide every guest with exceptional service in a timely and respectful manner. We kindly ask that you arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment to ensure the best experience for both you and our team.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disruption to other clients and maintain our service standards. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the appropriate accommodations.

Salon Fee and Gratuity
3% of the entire Bill

First and foremost, we want to say we appreciate your business and loyalty to the Yellow Strawberry SRQ Salon & Spa.  As one of the premier salons in Sarasota, we enjoy providing an elevated experience for our clients. This 3% fee will ensure we continue to provide the best client experience from the latest styles, techniques, and education to a clean and beautiful salon. Some but not all of the things this fee will cover:

-Education for our stylists with the top educators in their field of color and cutting.
-Exclusive and expansive color line along with retail products to take home. 
-Payment options with AMEX, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Apple Pay.
-Continued Price Increases with suppliers.
-Beverage options to include wine.
Gratuity is greatly appreciated, and we kindly ask that all gratuities be given in cash or check form. We are unable to process gratuity via credit card.
